My Opinion : Annihilation proves to be a a challenge to grasp its ideas in first viewing but through some thought, one realizes that we have been presented with what can easily be considered as the most interesting and thought provoking science fiction feature of the year. Secondly, those daunting ideas do not shadow the steady pacing and refined performances of our female leads which proves not too feminist and not too sexist in how its presented; simply perfect except that those very same characters are do not pose as much of an interest to either I or the audience as I would’ve liked to. Other then that it’s logical, smart, simply mind bending.
