My Opinion : Though not always easy to watch, Marriage Story’s power fuels through the directors touch of realism and grasp of the subject matter, including all the emotional complexities one goes through. This is Scarlet Johansson just as much as it is Adam Drivers best work by a long mile, and I honestly feel like the main contenders will be both of them for the others to compete for the Oscars. It is a soul spoken film, a heartbreak tangled in a beautiful story that everyone whose experienced the full scope of love can empathize, comprehend and relate to.
